I have two different reservations with Disney starting off at Star Wars and then moving over to Animation Hotel. Only my Star Wars reservation is shown in the app. How do I get my theme park reservation (2nd) linked and shown on the Disney app also??

Hi Nicole, and welcome to planDisney!

Look at you! What an unforgettable Walt Disney World Resort vacation you have planned! I can only imagine the fun you will have during that 2-night immersive stay when you arrive at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser! On top of that experience, you will top off your vacation at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort; that is my kind of adventure.

I had to recently add a resort stay to my My Disney Experience account because it did not appear automatically after I made the reservations. Using the My Disney Experience mobile app, select “Future Plans,” scroll to the bottom, and select “Link to Account” and “Link Hotel.” Enter your confirmation number and the last name on the reservation and proceed through the rest of the instructions. From there, your reservation should appear along with any theme park tickets linked to your reservation. I hope this helps.
