Hello, Elena! Thanks for stopping by planDisney! There's nothing like visiting
The Most Magical Place on Earth! The only thing that can make it better is vacationing with another family! You are within your
booking window to make dining reservations, so let's get right to your question.
The good news is you do not need to be connected to another family to make dining reservations with them. You do need to be logged in to your My Disney Experience account, but you will only be asked how many are in your dining party. Another panelist answered a similar question about this a few months ago that you might find helpful, so I'm going to
link it here.
If you know where you'd like to dine, feel free to head to that restaurant's website and check the availability. If you are open to ideas, Disney has a great system to help you narrow down your choices. Start
here, and filter your options to your needs and preferences.
Since you are less than 60 days from the start of your trip, you should aim to do this soon. Popular restaurants fill up quickly, but there's no need to worry; Walt Disney World has lots of excellent options. If your top choices aren't available, check back right before your visit or even while you are there. There is a required 24-hour notice for cancellations, so spots occasionally open up as guests' plans change.
A few of my favorites:
- Le Cellier Steakhouse in EPCOT's Canada Pavilion is your place if steak and seafood are more your style. They also serve great poutine and soup!
I hope you secure the dining reservations of your dreams, Elena, and that you ALL have the most magical vacation yet! Please let us know if there's anything else we can help with. All of us at
planDisney love answering questions about all things related to Disney vacations!
Always Dreaming -
Elizabeth
