Can two different bookings/rooms reserve dining next to each other?

Brian, welcome to planDisney! We’re glad to have you aboard.

Whether traveling with friends, family, or even coworkers, it’s nice to arrive at your rotational-dining table and see a familiar face. You can connect as many as three additional staterooms on the same sailing to make it easier to plan activities together, including sitting at the same table for dinner. You can accomplish this through the Disney Cruise Line website or the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app

To do this on the Disney Cruise Line website, head to the homepage and log in to your reservation. You’ll see a drop-down arrow next to your reservation number. Look for “Add Reservations.” Alternatively, open the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and log in to your reservation. From there, click the three horizontal lines on the bottom right-hand side of the screen labeled "More." Then click "Add Reservation" right below the waving Captain Mickey.

For either of these options, you will need the last name, birthdate, and reservation number of one of the Guests in the stateroom you are connecting. Once you have officially been connected in this way, you will be seated together for dinner and can also book activities together. Connecting reservations allows you to see the details about those reservations (such as planned activities, balance, and payment information). If you wish to keep this information private, call Disney Cruise Line, and a reservation agent can connect your stateroom just for dining.

Brian, when I am traveling with a group, we always like to order an extra appetizer or two to share with the table. It’s a great way to sample the delicious food onboard. I hope this information helps point you in the right direction. We are always here to help!

    Bon Appetit,
