Hey Lynda,
Welcome to
planDisney!
Can you believe how close we are to wrapping up the year? It's been a year of ups and downs but even through all of the uncertainty, the Magic of Disney remains alive. I see you’re from California, have you had the chance to visit the
phased reopening of the Downtown Disney District? Recently,
Buena Vista Street inside Disney California Adventure park opened up to guests for select dining and shopping opportunities. The recent stay at home did put a pause on some of the dining but once the county moves into a less restrictive tier again, outdoor dining should open back up so you can enjoy some favorites like
Carthay Circle Lounge- Alfresco Dining or
Smokejumpers Grill.
I’m sorry to hear that you have been unable to use your ticket. The Disneyland Resort was recently able to update their
policy for tickets that are set to expire. Most tickets will now be valid until December 16, 2020. Check your current expiration date to see if it falls into one of the ticket categories that were extended. The last day of use will be December 16, 2020 and you’ll still have 13 days to use all of the days. Make sure to plan ahead so that you are able to use both of your days before December 16, 2020. If you aren’t able to visit before then, you should be able to apply the value paid of your ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket if the price has increased.
Well Lynda, I hope this information helps and if you have any other questions for us please come back and let us know.
Remember, always believe in the Magic,
Andres
