    I have two 5-Day Theme Park Ticket,Valid: Sun, Jul 9, 2023 – Mon, Jul 17, 2023, but my husband got injured yesterday, so I won't be able to go that day and don't know when I'll be able to make a trip to WDW. I'd like to help in Japanese.

    こんにちは、いらっしゃい, Maho. I know having to change plans for any vacation is very difficult and especially difficult when you are excited to visit Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.

    While I do not speak Japanese, yet, I know that when a Guest is unable to visit during their valid ticket window they may reschedule the ticket window for a later date as long as the ticket has not been used. If you have downloaded the My Disney Experience app then you may change your ticket dates there as well. While there is no Walt Disney World Resort Orlando Japanese telephone number I do have an email address (ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com) that should help you. You may also call the company you purchased the tickets through for assistance.

    In your email please provide them the following information in English:

    • Your name
    • Name of the person who purchased the tickets
    • Date of purchase and through what website 
    • Form of payment used
    • Explain the situation about your husband's injury and ask what are your options. 
    • Request a person who speaks Japanese to reply to you.
    You may also call 407-939-5277 and request to speak with someone in Japanese.
