I have two 5 day passes from 1989 with one day left on each pass. How do I go about using the last day to go to one of your parks. Do I have to do something on the web site?

    Hi John!

A big Mickey "hot diggity dog!" to you for saving your park tickets for over 30 years!

What are you dreaming of experiencing with your park day? Strolling about Epcot's International Food and Wine Festival? Conquering the mountain range of rides in the Magic Kingdom? Traveling far, far, away to Batuu in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disney's Hollywood Studios? Any pick promises so much fabulous fun!

Walt Disney World does honor unused admission from prior to 2004 as well as later ones with the No Expiration option. For older tickets, typically any before 2010, you will need to deal with a Cast Member by phone or email. The Existing Ticket line is (407) 566-4985. Call wait times are currently on the high side, so I suggest starting by emailing Guest Services. Include a picture of your tickets. With tickets from the 80s, you are likely to need to visit a ticket window outside one of the parks or Disney Springs or Guest Services in a resort hotel in person once you arrive.

Wishing you a wonderful adventure of a day when you visit Mickey!
