For starters, it might be helpful for you to read through the
current cancellation, modification and refund policy as you explore your options.
It sounds like your tickets are wholly unused, meaning that you were never able to use them at all, even to enter the park for a single day. If that’s the case, the great news is that you can apply the value of those tickets to new tickets with a new expiration date. In order to get that modification processed, you’ll need to
call the Disney Reservations Center at the number for Existing Tickets. The Cast Member you speak with should be able to help.
Once you have your new tickets set up, you’re going to want to make
theme park reservations as soon as you decide when you’ll visit. Because capacity is limited, at this time, both a ticket and a reservation are required for entry.
