Hi Nina! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I know you are very excited to enjoy your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. It is only a few days away, which means your countdown is almost over. Yay!
To enter Magic Kingdom Park for viewing of the gorgeous
Happily Ever After fireworks display, you need valid theme park admission, meaning you would need to
add another day to your tickets. This can be done at any Guest Relations location, any theme park ticket window or at Lobby Concierge in any Disney Resort hotel.
You do have another option, however. If you don't mind watching this entertainment outside of Magic Kingdom Park, you could watch from Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort or Disney's Contemporary Resort. The best way to do this is by having a dinner reservation at a Table-Service dining location in one of the Disney Resort hotels I listed. My personal favorite is
California Grill. It pipes in the music from Happily Ever After and the view is spectacular! Parking is complimentary for up to three hours at Disney Resort hotels for those with dining reservations.
If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, also consider taking Disney's complimentary transportation from your Disney Resort hotel to Magic Kingdom Park, then traveling by monorail to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. I have some of the BEST memories watching the fireworks from the beach area there. It is a really great viewing spot!
Hopefully one of these options work for you, Nina! Please visit us again with any other questions you may have!
