    I have two of your 2-day, 1-park per day tickets that expired on January 12, 2021. Are you extending expiration dates on the above noted tickets due to Covid 19?

    I am happy to help you plan your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. I’m sorry to hear that you were not able to use your tickets before they expired but I’ve got some great news for you. It appears that your tickets are part of the ones that have been extended through December 16, 2021. Most tickets that expired in late 2020 or early 2021 were extended. Check to see that your tickets fall into this category and if you are still unsure the best thing to do is call Ticket Services. A Cast Member will be happy to check for you.
     
    If your tickets have been extended, then it’s time to plan your trip! You’ll want to re-link your tickets to your Disney account either on the Disneyland Mobile App or through Disneyland.com. If you end up calling to check your tickets, you can have a Cast Member link them then. You will then be able to make a theme park reservation which is needed along with valid admission to enter Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.
