Hi there, Michelle!
Welcome, and thanks for bringing
planDisney your question. I’m sure you’re extra excited about experiencing the magic of the
Disneyland Resort since your trip was delayed last year!
The great news is that you should still be able to use your tickets that expired during the theme park closures because many of them were extended. Most of those unused
theme park tickets now have an expiration date of December 16, 2021! That said, if the extended expiration date arrives before you’re able to visit the resort, you can still use the amount you paid for your tickets as credit to purchase valid tickets in the future.
I suggest that you link the tickets you previously purchased to your account on
Disneyland.com or the
Disneyland mobile app to verify their current expiration date. Once you have the tickets linked, you can make
theme park reservations online, pending availability, for everyone in your party. If you have difficulty linking the tickets or if you have a question about their expiration date, please call (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member.
I hope this helps you begin planning a long-awaited visit to the Happiest Place on Earth, Michelle! Please stop by again for more tips as your pixie-dusted vacation approaches.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
