I have two 2-day park hopper tickets that have expired. I would like to use the credit for three 1-day park hopper tickets. How do I go about this and be able to make reservations?

    Hi Michael, welcome to planDisney!

I'm so sorry that you were unable to use your two 2-day park hopper tickets. But the good news is that even though your tickets are expired, you still have options! Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. So you can use the value of your two 2-day park hopper tickets and put them towards purchasing three 1-day park hopper tickets. The easiest way to do this is by visiting the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths. But as you're outside of California, I realize that can be a bit tricky. I recommend you try calling the Disneyland Resort Ticket Line at 714-781-4636, and the amazing Cast Members there should be able to help you out!

Once you've purchased the three 1-day park hopper tickets, you'll need to add them to your Disneyland Resort account, and then you can proceed to make theme park reservations. To make a reservation, select the "My Disneyland" link, click the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link, and then select "Make Park Reservations". Now I do want to warn you that May is typically a busy month, so I recommend you keep an eye on the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to see if there is availability on the day you wish to visit!

Hope this helped clarify the steps you’ll need to take. If you have any more questions, please visit us again!
