With a two day park hopper ticket, do I only need to make a reservation for the first day?

Hi there, George. Welcome to planDisney. We’re so glad you’ve stopped by with your question for us.

I’m delighted to see you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. I recently enjoyed 2 full days park hopping at the Disneyland Resort theme parks with my family, and we found a 2-day trip to be a good amount of time to explore at a leisurely pace. Park Hopping option also allowed us the flexibility to enjoy both parks in one day!

With a multi-day ticket (2 days or more), Guests do not need to visit the theme parks on consecutive days. With your two-day park hopper ticket, George, you’ll need a theme park reservation for each day of your visit. The park hopper option will allow you to enjoy the second park at 1 PM (a separate reservation is not needed for this).

I hope this information is helpful for you. If you have more trip-planning question, please feel free to write us again.

    See ya real soon,

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
