Hi Sierra, welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for bringing your question to us, I'm happy to help!
First and foremost, I recommend you check the expiration dates on your tickets. I find that the
Disneyland Mobile App is the easiest way to locate the expiration date of tickets. Once you load up the App, click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Tickets and Passes". You should see your tickets along with their expiration dates. If you don't see your tickets there, then you'll need to link them to your account. You should see a "Link Tickets & Passes", and that should take you through the steps to link your tickets. Once your tickets are linked, you should see your tickets there along with their expiration dates.
As long as your tickets are not expired and added to your account, you should be able to make
theme park reservations! To make reservations, you will need to log in to your
Disneyland Resort account, select the "My Disneyland" link, click the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link, and select "Make Park Reservations".
Now in the worst case that your tickets happen to be expired, you still have options! Per
Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. Just visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths or try calling the
Disneyland Resort Ticket Line at 714-781-4636 and the amazing Cast Members can help!
See ya real soon!
