Hello, my two daughters and myself are staying at WDW from Dec 18th 2016 til Jan 1st 2017. I have been told there is no free dining plan over christmas, i was wondering if this was the case or if it was because those dates have not been released?

    Hi Mandy!

I love the holidays at the Walt Disney World Resort. There is something extra magical in the air during the most festive time of the year! Beautiful decorations, holiday cheer and so many happy smiles just make my heart swell.

There is never any guarantee to when discounts like "Free Dining" are offered or for what dates they include, so I would definitely keep an eye on the Special Offers page of the Walt Disney World Resort website. I can tell you that historically, any December special offers have ended right around the time you will be arriving. Celebrating Christmas at Walt Disney World Resort is on many Guests Christmas wish lists, so unfortunately it isn't a time Disney usually offers discounts. That doesn't mean that you can't still have an incredible vacation with your daughters and we are happy to help you with all of your other planning questions should you need. Have a wonderful time!

    Magical Wishes,

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
