Hi Henry,
Welcome back to planDisney!
It sounds like you are doing some excellent planning for your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World® Resort! I am glad to see that you are reviewing the
Disability Access Service (DAS) information. With this service, you can book two advanced selections for each day that you have valid theme park admission. After you enter the park, you can also book what I call a "rolling" DAS selection - once you use that selection, you can book another DAS selection in the park while you still have those two advanced selections booked. You do not have to use the advanced selections first.
Just know that, at this time, to book the DAS selection in the park, every member of your party that is connected to your DAS must be in the park. If they are not, you will not be able to include them when making that DAS selection. If you make a selection in the park and then decide to change plans, you can cancel that selection and make another one as long as there is availability.
As you continue to plan, be sure to take a look at the
attractions eligible as DAS advanced selections. Also remember to pre-register for the service and, consider your other plans before making those DAS advanced selections. I try to do our advanced selections for morning times, in between breakfast and lunch so that, if needed, we can return to the resort for an afternoon rest.
Henry, I think you are planning to visit during a wonderful time of year. Be sure to check the dates of the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival presented by Corkcicle®. And, definitely check the dates of
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. If you have not yet done so, be sure to book a vacation package with one of the
Disney Resorts Collection hotels. It looks like you have enjoyed Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort in the past. This resort has access to the
Disney Skyliner. Keep that in mind when looking at resort possibilities. My family loves resort hotels with multiple transportation options!
Happy Planning!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
