Hi there, Shawnte!
“Welcome Aboard!” We are happy to have you join us at planDisney where we can work together to plan your DREAM Disney cruise, or in this case, cruises! Having two voyages scheduled a day apart means a sliver of time to go play at Walt Disney World, so I am totally onboard with making this happen for you and your crew.
Since you are sandwiching a
Walt Disney World day in between your cruises, I would say this will work perfectly so long as you are sailing out of
Port Canaveral for both voyages. Then you can experience all the theme park magic before trekking back to the port for more Disney magic at sea. Best of both worlds!
Ground transfers can be added by
contacting Disney Cruise Line or your travel agent at least three days prior to your voyage. Alternatively, use the “My Reservations” tab on the Disney Cruise Line website, then select “ground transportation” and put which Disney Resorts Collection hotel you will be staying at before you set sail. Captain Mickey will handle the rest! Current pricing is $ 39 per Guest for one-way transfers from your Disney hotel to Port Canaveral (and vice versa), and that pricing is always subject to change.
As a
Disney Resorts Collection Guest, you’ll receive a letter the night before with everything you need to know about returning to Port Canaveral via Disney Cruise Line ground transportation. Just FYI: these transfers are usually scheduled from mid-morning to early afternoon, while your luggage pick-up is generally around 8:00 A.M.
Shawnte, we always have the welcome mat out for you at planDisney! Feel free to cruise back by with more questions. Wishing you a DREAM vacation from start to finish.
Happy Sailing!
Sherry
