Hi there, Myron,
Welcome to planDisney! It's the most wonderful time of the year at Disney World. Everywhere you look, there are festive decorations, delicious holiday treats, and that extra touch of Disney magic in the air. I love walking through the parks and visiting resorts decked out with themed holiday décor that reflects each resort’s unique style. Your trip is just around the corner, so let's take a look at your question about linking complimentary e-tickets. First, you'll need to sign in to your My Disney Experience Mobile app and click on the icon with three lines at the bottom right. Next, select “My Tickets & Passes” and tap the "+" sign in the top right corner. From there, choose “Link Tickets & Passes” and follow the prompts to add your ticket. Your barcode likely has more than 12 digits since it is a complimentary ticket, so instead of entering the digits, use the camera option and scan the barcode to link the ticket. Complimentary tickets require a theme park reservation, so I recommend linking the tickets and reserving your entry at the theme park of your choice. If you need a little extra help linking your ticket, you can stop by a Guest Relations location outside the park entrances or visit the Guest Relations desk at Disney Springs. If you prefer to sort things out before you arrive, you can phone 407-WDW-HELP and a Cast Member will be happy to help. Once your tickets are linked, you’ll be ready to book Lightning Lanes so you can plan ahead and save time! When I’m planning a shorter visit, I love purchasing a Lightning Lane Multi Pass so I can be sure to experience my favourite attractions without the longer waits.I hope this information is helpful, Myron. Have a wonderful time at the parks!Candace
