Hiya, Maura!
Welcome to planDisney!
This is a great question. It sounds like you might already be at Mickey's house if you're intending on visiting
Disneyland Park or
Disney California Adventure Park this weekend! Your best bet would be to visit the ticket booths in person today, Friday the 30th, to see if they can help assist with this type of ticket transformation. These windows are open until the last park closes tonight, which will be at midnight. I sadly don't have the proper Magic Mirror to see inside your
My Disneyland Account nor can I pull up the passes you have, but they will be able to assist with whatever ticket-related questions you have.
These Cast Members can absolutely help reissue your passes. (Most
tickets do have expiration dates; this is so the computer system only has to keep up with the terms and conditions of just a few types of tickets per yEAR and not every ticket ever issued in the history of the parks) However, one other problem you might run into is needing Park Pass Reservations.
Park Pass Reservations are a pretty new introduction that notates which theme park you plan to play in and on which day.
Park Pass Reservations tend to book up solid in the months and weeks leading to each Disney Day, but if you plead your case at the ticket booths or at
Guest Relations about these being complimentary tickets that were unable to be loaded into the system, they might be able to make a bit of magic happen. (The Guest Relations window is to the left of the Disney California Adventure Park turnstile entrances.)
Again I'm so sorry for this bit of ticket trouble you've encountered, Maura. I do hope that everything gets sorted out and that you'll be able to enjoy a few Disney days while you're in town! Be sure to follow the
