I have two children with special needs . i may have to leave the park and come back my question is can i do that . and also if i will have to pay for parking again if i do so?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, David.

Spring Events at Walt Disney World Resort will be in full bloom, making it a wonderful time of year to visit with all the Disney adventures that await your arrival.

David, you are welcome to leave the Disney Theme Park of your choice and return later on that same day, if you have a Ticket with Admission to 1 Park Per Day. If you have a Ticket with the Park Hopper Option, you are welcome to visit all 4 Disney Theme Parks in the same day.

Parking at the Disney Theme Parks does require payment, (unless you are a Disney Resort hotel Guest), but the one fee for a Parking Pass is valid all day at all 4 Theme Parks, so you’ll be able to come and go within the same paid parking day, David, just keep that Parking Pass in a safe and visible place in your vehicle.

May I offer Disney’s Services for Guests with Special Needs, which may aid with your planning to afford your children a more inclusive and enjoyable visit? Please look for detailed Parking information within the above link, which may be of interest and benefit to you.

Mom’s Tip: I find visiting any Disney Theme Park Baby Care Center extremely helpful with my special needs son, even though he is not a baby. It's a great place for some rest, quiet play, toileting and eating.

We hope this information is useful towards your planning, David and wish you a magically memorable Disney vacation.
