I have two cards from last year, 2017. I think one has a day left. Not sure about other one. How do I find out?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rosemary! I have multiple cards sitting in an envelope in my house, but just last year, a few souvenir keepsake cards got mixed in with some active tickets and I couldn’t separate them!

There are a few things you can do to figure out how many magical days of fun you have left. If you can match the 12 digit ID number on the back of the card to any tickets you may have in My Disney Experience, that card should be detailed as “days left” on the ticket. If that method doesn’t make clear you issue, there’s still help to be had!  You can email usage@disneyworld.com with a photograph or scanned image of the ticket (front AND back must be included) as well as your full name, where an when the ticket was purchased, as well as the purchaser’s name and form of payment. Along with your daytime phone number, you email will be returned in two weeks or less with clear information about how many days are left on the tickets. Of course, if you happen to be at Walt Disney World Resort before you get a return email, you can bring those tickets to any Guest Relations desk or Concierge at the Resort Hotels and get instant help.

If I can be of more help to plan your upcoming vacation, please let me know. I’d love to help you really spread the pixie dust! ~ Lindsey P.
