    I have two: 1) Can you take a boat / ferry ride from Port Orleans Riverside to the Magic Kingdom. 2) Also which water park is the most kid friendly? I have a 9 and 7 year old. Thanks for your time.

    Hi, Denise!

    While there is boat transportation at Port Orleans, it only takes you to Downtown Disney.  To get to the Magic Kingdom, hop on one of the convenient buses that will zip you over to the park quickly!

    Both water parks provide attractions and fun for all ages.  However, I prefer Blizzard Beach.  The wave pool is not as rough, so I feel a bit safer having my kids swim there.  Also, the kids get such a kick out of the chair lifts at Blizzard Beach that take you up to the Family slide and Summit Plummet.
