we are two adults in our fifty's , I have mobility issues and would like a resort hotel with rooms that are near a pool and transport we always purchase the meal plan and intend to dine at the parks what resort hotels can you recommend?

Hello Julie and thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such a great question.
You will be delighted to know that each and every Walt Disney World Resort is accessible and has rooms to accommodate Guests with mobility issues.
At the time of making your Resort reservation by calling 407 934 7639 be sure to advise the Cast Member assisting you of any personal mobility issues; you could perhaps request a room on the ground level or close by the amenities and the Disney Transportation Service.  Every effort will be made to accommodate you, however requests are not guaranteed but they certainly are granted when available.  I would also recommend calling the Resort one week before you are due to check-in to politely reiterate your requests.
If I can be of any further help to you in planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, please don't hesitate to come back and ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
