    We are two adults (early 60's) - no kids. Is the Mickey's Christmas Party something we might enjoy?

    Absolutely!  If you enjoy visiting the Magic Kingdom park, you will definitely enjoy Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.  I experienced this party last year for the first time, in my fifth decade, with no children in tow.  It's great fun, and I would recommend it.  You can see more details about the party here.
