Hello there, Jozlyn, and welcome to the wonderful world of
Disneyland Magic Key Pass holder! It's a magical club to be a part of, and I'm wishing you the happiest year of visits.
Good news! If it is an unused
standard theme park ticket, there is no need to change the name on the ticket before your visit. Assigning a name to the ticket merely allows the Guest to be able to tell the difference between tickets in the
Disneyland Mobile App. The ticket will be linked to another person the first time it is used to scan in at one of the theme park entrances. At that time, a Cast Member will take a photo of the Guest and the ticket will be connected to that person. Please remember that a theme park reservation and a valid admission ticket are required for theme park entry.
Jozlyn, if you would feel more comfortable updating the name on the ticket before the visit, you may
call Ticket Services or use the chat function in the Disneyland app to connect with a Cast Member. Please note that you must use the Disney account associated with the purchase of the ticket to request the name change.
Be sure to check out the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival going on now until April 22nd. There are tons of delectable new dishes to try at the festival's 10 participating marketplaces. Check out the
Foodie Guide for the festival for more information!
I hope this information helps, Jozlyn. Please visit us again real soon!
