Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jarrett!
I'm thrilled you're considering a stay at my favorite Walt Disney World Resort hotel on property,
Disney's Art of Animation! I will never forget the kids' faces on our first visit. They were in awe as they saw their favorite Disney•Pixar characters in their larger-than-life forms adorning the buildings and grounds. But what I loved most was seeing my husband light up as he saw all the incredible art and animation sketches in the lobby that took him back to being a kid and wanting to be an animator! It was pure Disney magic!
Jarrett, I'm happy to share that you can definitely request adjoining rooms (rooms that are next to each other) when you stay at The Lion King suites at the resort. Please do know that connected rooms (where there is an inside door that connects two rooms) are not available for the suites at Disney's Art of Animation.
To request adjoining rooms, simply reach out Disney's Resort Hotel help line at (407) 939-1936 where a helpful Cast Member will be able to add this request to your reservation. I recommend making this request prior to your arrival as room assignments are usually made prior to your check-in.
Once you are there enjoying the magic, make sure you take in all the details! You might even find some magic under the water at
The Big Blue Pool. Just take a dip and listen to the magic underneath!
Thanks again for stopping by. Don't hesitate to come back with any additional questions or for more planning tips and advice.
Just keep swimming!
