I have twins that are 3 years old. Do you have any recommendations for character dinning.

It's great to see you here today at planDisney, Jayne! Are you counting down the days until your trip to Walt Disney World Resort? With just about a month left to go, it's a great time to finalize your plans, including your dining reservations, so let's chat about Character Dining and which restaurants might be best for your toddler twins!

During the phased reopening process of the Theme Parks and Resort Hotels there are currently three dining locations open that have Disney Characters appearing during your meal: Garden Grill Restaurant at EPCOT, Hollywood & Vine at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and breakfast at Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera at Disney's Riviera Resort. They can't come to your table at the moment, but they will parade around the restaurant and get close enough for you to snap a physically-distanced selfie! If I were to recommend one for your twins, I would pick Minnie's Seasonal Dining at Hollywood & Vine. Right now, Minnie Mouse and her friends are dressed up in their Halloween costumes, but since the Christmas season begins at Walt Disney World Resort on the day you arrive, they might be in their holiday finest when you get there!

Jayne, the dining experiences with Disney Characters are extremely popular and reservations go very quickly, especially with limited capacity at the restaurants. If you want to enjoy any of these experiences with your family, I recommend booking a dining reservation through My Disney Experience as soon as possible. If there isn't any availability at the moment, check back frequently to see if anything pops up! Guests are changing their plans all the time so you might be able to pick up a reservation from somebody who has dropped it and decided to do something different. Remember, at the moment, a Disney Park Pass reservation, as well as valid admission, is required in order to enter a Theme Park so if you choose a dining location inside a Theme Park make sure that you have those things ready to go!

    Have a magical day, Jayne!
