    For our twin two year olds' first visit, we would like to spend the afternoon/evening at either Epcot or Animal Kingdom. Which park would they enjoy more? Any recomensations for them? We plan to spend the rest of our trip at MK.

    Depending on what time of year you plan to visit, the fact that Animal Kingdom can close up to 3 to 4 hours earlier than Epcot may impact your final decision. Look at the park calendar and consider a few other thoughts:

    • Although Epcot will be open until the conclusion of Illuminations at 9:00 p.m., the park lends itself to a teen or adult experience. If your children go to bed early, it might not top your list. However, there are many things to do that can make it a wonderful 1/2-day experience and the right amount of time for your children's ages: Nemo as well as Turtle Talk with Crush should top your list of must-do's as well as Journey into the Imagination and Living with the Land while you're in Future World. The line for the Character Spot is tame in comparison to other theme parks, so I'd recommend it. Then, take a boat over to the World Showcase to see the Chinese acrobats and end the evening at Biergarten with an Oktoberfest show and the perfect photo op for the twins to do the "Chicken Dance."
    • If your children need to be tucked in earlier in the evening, Animal Kingdom might be the better of your two choices, especially if you think they'll enjoy the animal features like its gorilla trails. They'll be too short for most of the park's rides, so a visit will be more about the animals and shows like Nemo or Lion King. End the evening at the Rain Forest Cafe or a late Character Meal at Tusker House that will allow you to leave the park with virtually no one around you!
