we have twin girls age 1 year old. should we rent strollers or bring umbrollers with us. Do the strollers have safety straps to strap the children in?

Hi Frances!  I do not recommend the strollers that can be rented at the Disney parks for little ones the age of your girls.  They are made of hard plastic and would not be as secure as the umbrella type you might have at home.  Also, the strollers can only be rented for use in the parks and with one year old twins you might want to have strollers at your resort.

I would bring my own or you can also rent strollers in Orlando that can be delivered to your resort so they are there upon check-in.  One company that many recommend is the orlandostrollersrentals.com.  Visit their site to see if this is a good option for you.
