Hi Alyssa!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Walt Disney World Resort offers a whole lineup of admission ticket options and Annual Passes. Currently,
all general theme park admission tickets are valid for the entire
operating day of the parks where you choose to redeem them.
A limited-time special offer in 2019 saw an admission ticket that was valid starting at noon until the park's closing, but this ticket is currently unavailable and we're not sure if it will be coming back. Definitely 'like' and 'follow' the
Disney Parks Blog across all of their social media channels to be one of the first to get the scoop if this promotion comes back in the future.
There are special tickets and even Annual passes that do allow admission after a certain time, but these are usually reserved for
special events, corporate meetings, conventionEARs, or
Florida residents. There are even special evening events for
Disney Vacation Club members!
However, there are
Separately Ticketed Special Events that take place in a single park either a few hours before it opens or after it closes for the day. These events range from breakfast-included early mornings with access to certain lands, to evenings where you feel like you have an entire park to yourself. My family even likes to schedule a day in the middle of a week-long vacation where we sleep late and lounge around our
Disney Resort Hotel all day and then attend
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. These events usually start around 7 P.M. and end at Midnight. And because ticket sales to these events are limited we feel like we can get more done at these events and parties than in a full Disney Day!
Thank you so much for bringing your great Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question to us, Alyssa. If you come up with any more you know where to find us. We're all ears!
