Is turndown service at DL Hotels- only for concierge level?. DLH - turndown service 1/3 stays even though weren't Concierge (MAGICAL!) . At PP - I received it (YUM!), but I booked Concierge level. Staying next at GC (Garden View) do i need to ask for it?

Hello again, Amy!  I have really enjoyed answering your questions and hope that you'll keep them coming! It is an honor to be able to sprinkle Pixie Dust on your upcoming visit to Disneyland!

I am so glad you've asked this question!  I JUST returned from spending a whole week in a standard room at the Grand Californian and I'm pleased to announce that we received turndown service every night without making a request!  It was such a treat to return to our room each evening to find the covers neatly folded back and ready for us! The best part of this service is that they'll even leave a handful of tasty Bambi-themed chocolates on your pillow!  I was also really impressed, because during the turndown service each night, our dirty towels were always removed and our shelves were replenished with clean ones!  This was a really nice added touch to our vacation!

**Since you are highly anticipating this service, it never hurts to mention it at checkin, and if for some reason you don't receive service on the first night, don't be afraid to call down to the desk to request it!

Hope this is the info you were looking for, and please don't hesitate to write back if you think of anything else!
