Hi Esther,
It's great to hear you have booked your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I can imagine you are so very much looking forward to all the magic.
The guidance I always offer is to take a look at the Walt Disney World Resort
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to plan dates based on availability, and then make theme park reservations as quickly as you can after purchasing theme park tickets.
When you made your vacation package booking, you should have received confirmation number information. You'll want to use this confirmation number information to link your Resort hotel reservation and theme park tickets to your Disney account. Once your Resort hotel reservation and theme park tickets are linked, you can make theme park reservations. Let me mention the quick steps to follow.
You'll want to start by signing in to your
My Disney Experience account, or creating an account if you do not yet have one set up. You'll want to go follow the
"My Plans" menu item to see your "Plans and Tickets" page.
On your "Plans and Tickets" page, you'll see options to manage all your plans, including your Resort hotel, your theme park tickets, your park reservations, and your dining reservations. When you move your cursor over the "Resort Hotel" icon, you'll see a button to "Link a Reservation." This will take you to a page where you can enter your Resort hotel confirmation number and the name on your reservation. You'll want to take a similar approach to link your park tickets. When you move your cursor over the "Park Tickets" icon, you'll see a button to "Link Tickets." This will take you to a page where you can enter your ticket ID numbers.
Once you have your Resort hotel reservation and theme park tickets linked, you can use the
Disney Park Pass system to make your theme park reservations.
I'm hopeful that these steps are helpful as you look to make all your theme park plans. If you'd like additional help with your My Disney Experience account, you can reach out to the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk by calling them at (407) 939-4357. You can also reach out to Cast Members through the
chat service.
Esther, here's wishing you all the fun for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Jerry
