Hi Lindsay,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. Here's the word from the bird: Tune-In Lounge is a far-out place to hang out and enjoy some radioactive eats and cool, tasty treats. This 1950s-themed lounge features great Disney details and really fun theming – I can't get enough of its dreamy neon!
It looks like you're right, Lindsay:
Tune-In Lounge does not participate in the 2019 Disney Dining Plan. Quite honestly, I still recommend visiting and paying out of pocket for the out-of-this world delicious Peanut Butter & Jelly Milk Shake. It's one of the best treats anywhere at Walt Disney World! If you do stop by, politely ask a Cast Member if any of the items are eligible for the Dining Plan, as things are always subject to change and you might be surprised.
My current favorite Quick-Service location at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is
Woody's Lunch Box in Toy Story Land. Lunch Box Tarts, Totchos, and grown-up lemonade are some of my favorite menu items, and there are so many fantastic details in the dining area and all around Toy Story Land. The Trolley Car Café, which is the Starbucks location in Disney's Hollywood Studios, also offers some great treats, as well as sandwiches and drinks, which can be a great value on your Disney Dining Plan.
Also, don't be afraid to leave the park and take a boat over to Disney's BoardWalk area. There are some good Quick-Service locations there, as well as in the BoardWalk area resorts. BoardWalk Bakery often features amazing sweet snack options. My family loves taking a break from the parks and we often head to a resort for lunch, air conditioning, and some exploring, before heading to our next adventure.
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
