On Tuesday, 9/28/21, I have 8:25am reservations at Ohana at the Poly. I'm staying at the Boardwalk Inn. What is my best travel option to get to my reservation?

    Hi Jennifer! Welcome to planDisney!

You are just days away from beginning your stay at Disney's BoardWalk Inn. Yay! I love the location of this Disney Resorts Collection hotel, especially when the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is taking place. It is so nice to be able to enter EPCOT through the International Gateway entrance and jump right into eating my way around the world!

Everyone in my family is an early riser and we all wake up starving, so I usually plan our breakfast reservations early in the day. Although the general rule is that bus transportation begins 45 minutes before the theme park opens, I have found that it usually begins earlier than that. With Magic Kingdom Park opening at 9:00 AM, buses will probably begin running earlier than 8:15 AM. If it were me and I had to use complimentary transportation, I would plan to be at the bus stop around 7:30 AM (or earlier!) to catch the earliest bus to Magic Kingdom Park, then hop on the monorail over to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. You could also hop on a bus to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park which opens at 8:00 AM, then catch a bus to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for a little more bus time, but with certainty that the buses will be running early enough!

If you are okay paying for transportation, a ride-sharing service will get you there much quicker with a direct route straight from your Disney Resort hotel to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. This will cost a little money, but it will save you loads of time!

I hope this helps, Jennifer! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
