    Trying to get to Hoop-Dee-Doo. On day 60, I could ‘check availability’ &pick the date, but got a ‘sorry issues’ msg. The next day on MDE I didn’t even have the option to check availability. Tried the website, but can’t choose a time so can’t go on.Help

    Welcome back to planDisney, friend! Yee-haw! I am so excited to see that you have a return trip planned to The Most Magical Place on Earth this summer. There are so many incredible things happening all over Walt Disney World Resort during this sunny season. The recent announcement about the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue returning to Walt Disney World Resort was exciting news This fan-favorite event was greatly missed during its absence! Whether this is your first experience with this delightful dinner show, or you are a returning Guest, the zany dancing and epic singing is sure to leave a lasting impression. The fabulous performance will start welcoming Guests back on June 23rd and can currently be booked through August 15th (60 days from today).

    Alicia, I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties when trying to book this experience online. Stitch does enjoy popping into the site and eating the page every once in a while! And he finds the booking page for this show especially delicious. I mean can you blame him? The feature photo is the infamous strawberry shortcake! Should you experience website errors or crashes when attempting to book this experience or any dining options in the future, I recommend trying another browser or even the browser on your mobile device. I have experienced a time or two when I could not get a booking page to load on one browser and had immediate success when switching to another. If you are still unable to get this site to load, you can reach out to a friendly Cast Member supporting the Enchanting Extras Collection by phone to check availability. 

    Technical issues aside (browser or website crash), there could be a couple of reasons you were unable to book this experience. These may not apply in your situation, but without knowing the exact booking date you are aiming for I want to be sure we cover everything. Currently, this location is not offering shows on Mondays. If you are trying to book a Monday evening show, the site will not allow you to select a time. It is also worth noting that reservations for this hilarious sing-along are incredibly popular and Guests are hightailing it to the site to secure their spot! Most dates are fully booked very soon after the booking window opens. To say the show has been missed is an understatement! But if at first, you don't succeed, try try again my friend! If you are still unable to secure a reservation, I recommend checking back often. Plans change all the time, and you may be able to find an open reservation before your arrival. Cancellation booking windows are excellent times to check. 30 days prior (when Guests need to cancel a package without losing a deposit) and the week of the desired reservation (when Guests will need to cancel their dinner reservations to receive a full refund) are two great times to check.

    I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that delicious buckets of fried chicken and freshly baked cornbread will be part of your magical adventure!
