Hi Carla, and welcome to
planDisney!
I'm glad you plan to use Disability Access Service during your next visit to
Disneyland Resort. It's a beautiful accessibility feature that offers peace of mind to Guests, knowing their time in the theme parks will be comfortable. I recently experienced Disability Access Service at
Disney California Adventure Park through a friend, and I'd be happy to assist you with registering.
It sounds like you're hoping to pre-register for
Disability Access Service via video chat with a Cast Member. You may pre-register if your visit is within thirty days but at least two days away, so if you're trying to register outside of this window, you will encounter problems. If your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth falls within this eligibility period, log into your Disneyland account and
click on this link. Scroll down until you see "Ready to Chat with a Cast Member?" Now read and accept the Terms and Conditions and click "Request Live Chat."
Video chat is available every day from 9 AM-8 PM Pacific Time, and the Guest requesting Disability Access Service (parent or guardian if the Guest is under 18) must be present for the video chat. I recommend all Guests in your travel party have their theme park admission linked so the Cast Member can include all members in Disability Access Service plans. When I visited with my friend, he added my ticket to his Disneyland account to coordinate return times.
Carla, if your Disneyland Resort visit is imminent and you're not in time for pre-registration, hakuna matata; no worries! Upon arrival, visit
Guest Relations at City Hall or a Guest Information location to register on-site. Before your trip, I recommend familiarizing yourself with other accommodations Disneyland Resort offers
Guests with special needs. If there's anything else we at planDisney can do to make your trip even more memorable, please come back and see us again. We're all ears, and we love to help! Thanks for stopping by, and enjoy your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
