Trying to verify that our park plans have gone through an outside source . Was online last night for hours trying to complete the park pass ordeal.

    Hello, Morgan!

I am so glad that you have found us here at planDisney! It is so exciting to hear that your magical vacation is 3 months away. It will be here before you know it.

I can understand the uncertainty of not knowing if your plans are confirmed. This is how I feel when I turn the vacation planning duties over to a family member for the first time planning our family get-together. I am glad you are looking into this now while there is still time to make any changes or add reservations for anything that is missing.

My Disney Experience is your go-to planning tool where all your plans and information are stored on your account. I find the mobile app extremely useful when I am in the parks and on the go, but if I want to see everything at a glance, I find it helpful to log in on my computer or laptop.

Sign in to your account and click on the My Plans tab. Consider this to be your dashboard where you will see 5 buttons that you can use to navigate to add or modify plans and reservations. Family & Friends will allow you to review and add Guests to your list or planning party. Resort Hotel will allow you to link a reservation and find activities at your resort during your stay. Park Tickets will allow you to link tickets to a Guest in your party if needed. The Park Reservations button will allow you to make a park reservation for someone in your group. The Dining button will allow you to link or make Advanced Dining Reservations.

If you scroll down the page, you can see any Disney Resorts Collection Hotel reservations that you have linked. My Planning Party shows you, everyone, that you are sharing plans with. This is helpful if you are traveling with extended family members or friends who have room reservations.

The My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets section are where you can confirm your Disney Park Pass Reservations under the Daily Itinerary tab. Each day that you have a reservation will show you exactly which park and which family members have a reservation in that park. If anything is missing, now is the time to add a reservation by hovering over the Park Reservations button and clicking on the Make a Reservation button. Follow the prompts to make your reservations for everyone in your party for the date and park that you are planning to visit and confirm your choices. The Tickets & Memory Maker tab will allow you to confirm that everyone in your party has a valid theme park ticket and that it has been correctly assigned.  It will also confirm the purchase of a Memory Maker product.

If you have any missing plans, you may need to reach out to the 3rd party that made your reservations for any confirmation numbers that may be needed to link any information.

I hope this helps to put your mind at ease and that all your plans are listed on your account. If you need any help or recommendations before you make your Advanced Dining Reservations, please come back and visit us again.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
