    Trying in vain to get a breakfast/dinner reservation for Chef Mickey's for our October4th-11th vacation. No luck,any suggestions? If we checked once we arrive,do we have a chance? Thanks!

    Hi Debra!

    This is a great question.  I do suggest checking online daily as you never know when guests change their plans.  I also suggest stopping by once you are at Walt Disney World.  If you want to try and "walk in" I think it is best to try for breakfast; I have been successful doing that when arriving a few minutes before the restaurant is scheduled to open.  However, I have never tried that in October which is sometimes a busy time in the Table Service restaurants due to a Free Dining promotion.
