I used to have my best friend’s Annual Passport linked to the
Disneyland App on my phone as well. I found it to be convenient to have them linked because when we were at the Disneyland Resort together. I was able to easily make
Disney FASTPASS selections for both of us using
Disney MaxPass. But, on the other hand, I was recently at Disneyland Park without her and I had to remove her from my party in the App when trying to enter the
virtual queue for
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. This took me a couple of seconds to do. The person in our group that did not need to remove anyone from her party in the App ended up securing a Boarding Group for us. So I understand why you’d like to remove your friend’s ticket from the Disneyland App on your phone.
I was able to remove her Annual Passport by selecting “Remove This Pass” in my account. If this option is not showing for you, I recommend contacting Guest Information at (714) 781-INFO (714-781-4636). A Cast Member there will be more than happy to assist you with removing your friend’s ticket from your account.
