Hi there Stephen, and welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with your question; it would be my pleasure to help you today. We appreciate your patience as we assist all Guests anxious to join us for
the holiday season and
50th-anniversary celebration. It's quite an exciting time to be planning a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth!
Disney Rewards Dollars are a fantastic way to cover some expenses for your Disney adventure. I use them for everything from snacks to souvenEARs! Recently, I redeemed Disney Rewards Dollars to purchase
Memory Maker for a multi-generational family vacation. I'm happy to share that you can use any amount of Disney Rewards Dollars towards the purchase of
Walt Disney World theme park tickets. Here's what you'll do.
After you've selected your tickets and added them to your cart, head to the checkout. On this screen, you'll match the tickets to Guests in your My Family & Friends list, enter your contact information, and finally, choose your payment method. Check the option to "Use a Disney Rewards Redemption Card," and input the numbers on your card. Click the blue "Apply" button to the right and the amount on your Disney Rewards Redemption Card will be deducted from your total. If you don't have enough on the card to cover the entire purchase, you'll add a credit or debit card to complete the transaction. Should you encounter any problems, call 407-939-5277, and Cast Member will be happy to assist you.
I hope this is helpful, Stephen! Did you know that you can use your Disney Rewards Redemption Card to make purchases within the
My Disney Experience Mobile App while on your vacation? I like to store the numbers from my Disney Rewards Redemption Card in the Notes application on my iPhone, so when completing a
Mobile Food & Beverage Order, I can copy and paste the numbers into the final payment screen. It's so convenient! Thanks again for sending your question to planDisney, and we can't wait to see ya real soon.
Have a magical day!
Betsy
