    I am trying to track a gift card in the amount of $50.00, purchased about a week ago. My grandson's birthday is today and I feel just awful that the card has not come yet. He is going to WDW with his parents towards the end of this month. Thank you for

    Hello Grace,

    I'm sorry this happened to you!  I don't know how you originally purchased your gift card, but you can visit for customer service.

    On their home page there is a tab that says "Contact Us".  Click there and there will be an option for you to choose "Lost or Stolen Card".  This should get you a quick response.  If you ordered it a week ago, I'm sure he'll get it any day now.

    I hope this works out for you!  Wish your grandson a very happy birthday from me!
