As you are aware, each Guest visiting the Disneyland Resort theme parks must have both valid theme park admission and a
theme park reservation. As you have noticed, it appears that the
theme park reservation availability calendar shows that there are openings on the date you plan to visit. Or, if you are using the
2023 California resident ticket offer, that
calendar shows availability too.
As a fellow Guest like you, I don’t have access to view your
account or ticket information. But I have a suspicion that things may actually be in place already if you have previously purchased your
theme park tickets. One of the steps of the ticket purchase process is to book your park reservations. You may verify whether you already have park reservations booked using the
Disneyland mobile app. From the app’s ☰ feature menu, open the Future Plans view to find your theme park reservations. Or you may find your park reservations online by accessing
My Plans under the My Disneyland menu. If you need to make
modifications to an existing park reservation, open the Manage Reservation link from your
My Plans page.
Note that if you are
Magic Key holders, the number of reservations that may be booked for a given Magic Key pass is limited.
Inspire Key holders and
Believe Key holders may have up to six park reservations booked at a time.
Enchant Key holders and
Imagine Key holders may book up to four or two park reservations respectively. Magic Key holders who have booked their maximum number of reservations may book a new reservation after canceling an existing park reservation or fulfilling a reservation upon entering a theme park.

Experiment 626 is still causing trouble with your park reservations, I recommend reaching out to a Cast Member with the
Tickets phone line or using the chat feature in the Disneyland mobile app.
