First things first, if you have checked My Plans in
My Disney Experience and do not see a park pass reservation for her, double-check to be sure that you have the correct profile linked in your
Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. If you do have the correct profile linked, I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member in Website Support by phone. They have been able to help me resolve park pass reservation and theme park ticket problems in the past.
In looking at your arrival date, I hope you made some
advanced dining reservations! We just returned from taking a quick trip and I was glad we had dining reservations. It was nice to have a guaranteed time to eat. Although we have used
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, I still prefer to make reservations.
As your trip dates get closer, I do hope you have reviewed the
operational updates since policies and procedures can change. We are keeping an eye on additional
restaurant openings and changes to
theme park experiences. My family is super excited about the opening of
Space 220 Restaurant in EPCOT.
David, I must congratulate you on being the lead planner for your group! I am sending a little extra pixie dust trusting that you will get that park pass reservation sorted out. We are so excited to welcome you to the magic!
