    I am trying to make sure that my Memory Maker I purchased is linked to my account. When I look under my plans on the Disney website, under memory maker section it says: “Any memory maker products linked to your account will be listed here.” Please help!

    Hey there Deedra, and welcome to planDisney!

    Memory Maker is a great value, especially if you purchase it in advance of your arrival at Walt Disney World Resort! You should be able to see Memory Maker show up in your My Disney Experience mobile app within three days of the purchase. While it is purchased, it will not be “activated” until you take your first PhotoPass photo in the theme parks. From there, it will show up in your My Disney Experience account under “Photos” (select the three lines at the bottom right, then select “Photos”).

    Be sure to keep the available confirmation number handy in case you need it. I love that you already have your PhotoPass ready and in advance of your arrival, as this will leave time for you to plan other aspects of your upcoming vacation.
