I know this is all relatively new to have to use the
Disney Park Pass system to get a park reservation during the phased reopening of Walt Disney World. Sounds like you are taking all the right steps to check the
Availability Calendar for days that you can grab a Disney Park Pass to Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
I’m not certain, but what may be happening is that you currently have a park pass already for December 6, so the system will not let you add one for Disney’s Hollywood Studios until you drop the current one. Make sure that you also have your park tickets linked in your My Disney Experience account and for the number of days you need. If it’s not either of these things, then I suggest
calling a CastMember for assistance.
I can say from experience that Guests are making changes to their
My Disney Experience plans on a daily basis; it’s how I snagged my park pass for Disney’s Hollywood Studios a few days before I left for my trip last week! So there’s always last minute opportunities if you can wait it out.
