I am trying to share my plans with family. There names are on my friends and family list but I dont know how to let them access their tickets with their accounts.

    Hello Gabrielle,

It's wonderful to see you here at planDisney!

I'm happy to share that you can quickly and easily assign theme park tickets to Guests to enable them to use the Disney MagicMobile Service for theme park entry.

You can simply sign in to your My Disney Experience account and use the "My Plans" feature to go to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" area. On the "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab, you should see a display of theme park tickets that are linked to your account. You can use the "Reassign Ticket" feature to assign a ticket to a Guest on your "My Family & Friends List."

Once you have assigned a ticket to a Guest, that Guest should be able to sign in to their own My Disney Experience mobile app account and see the theme park ticket you assigned to them. They can then use the Disney MagicMobile feature in the app (they can tap the 3 stacked lines in the app's main menu to see the Disney MagicMobile tile) to create a Disney MagicMobile pass that they can use for theme park entry.

I hope this tip helps you and your family set up your Disney MagicMobile Service passes. If you'd like some additional assistance with your theme park tickets and your My Disney Experience account, you can reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639. You can also use the chat service, either online or through the "Chat with Us" feature in the My Disney Experience mobile app.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today, Gabrielle!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
