I've been in the same boat when it comes to removing a Guest from my
Friends & Family List with no luck. As you mentioned, this usually occurs when that Guest has active plans. But, have no fear! With the
help of a friendly Walt Disney World Resort Cast Member, this can be removed from your account and you can get on with your planning! Having a Guest listed on your Friends & Family List doesn't mean you necessarily have to include them in the plans, but if it makes you feel more organized, go ahead and call in the magical helpers for assistance. Plan to make that call with your
My Disney Experience Account information handy. Once you get in touch, your wish is their command!
Donald, since you're brushing up on using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, you may want to familiarize yourself with the
Merchandise Mobile Checkout feature! This is one of my favorite new technological tools that helps cut down your wait times at busy shopping establishments throughout the theme parks and
Disney Springs. Simply scan the items you'd like to purchase, submit your payment through the app, then see a Cast Member at one of the exits for a bag and a final magical goodbye! It's as easy as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!
