Disney MagicMobile Service for your upcoming trip.
Disney’s MagicMobile is a new feature that will allow you to use a contactless connection to the information in your My Disney Experience account. Let’s check and make sure that everyone is linked to your
My Family & Friends list and that all their entitlements are linked to their accounts.
Sign in to
My Disney Experience online or in the mobile app and check your
Family & Friends list. Double-check that everyone is connected to you, if someone is not connected you will not be able to make a MagicMobile pass for them. You will need to send an invitation to connect by tapping
+Add a Guest and following the prompts to add them entering their name, age, and email. Once they accept your invitation to connect you will be able to share plans. It is recommended that if someone manages their own My Disney Experience account, they should set up their MagicMobile pass on their smartphone device. If a Guest already has a MagicMobile pass the system will not let you create a new one.
To create a MagicMobile pass for members of your travel party who may still need one, open the app and click on the more icon [3 horizontal lines] and select the
Disney MagicMobile button. If anyone in your group already has a pass stored on your device, you will see it here. Tap the
+ sign in the top right corner to create a new pass. Select the members of your party from the list and choose a pass style for them. Next, add them to your mobile wallet and confirm the addition of the passes you just created. If you need to share a pass with someone who does not manage their account, you can send it to them via Messages.
Disney MagicMobile pass is set up in express mode, so Guests will not have to unlock their phone to use it. Just hold your device near a touchpoint to access theme park admission, add PhotoPass photos to a
Memory Maker account, and charge merchandise to your room account, if you are a Guest of a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel.
