Disney MagicMobile Service is a favorite for my family because it allows us to access our
MagicBand features via smartphones!
I see that you have created your daughter’s Disney MagicMobile pass, and I took the liberty of trying to recreate your issue to see if it happens when I send my daughter her MagicMoblie pass. I found out that when I sent it via text message, it showed up as “pending” (on my end), but once she accepted and placed it in her digital wallet, it changed to “wallet.” So, once your daughter accepts the text, she will be able to access it. Another issue I encountered was some trouble with the text going through, but once I changed to use my data (from the wifi), it went through. I am not sure if that is an issue for you, but it is worth a shot to check to see if that could be a fix. If you continue to have issues, call 407-939-4357 and speak with a Cast Member who will be able to assist you further.
