I am trying to select our park reservations, but the continue button does not activate for me to continue after selecting the day I need. The calendar does not show any information about which parks are available or not - it is just a caledar.

Hey there, Brandi, and welcome to planDisney! I'm thrilled to hear you have planned an upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort, but not so thrilled to hear you're having trouble making your theme park reservations. Let's get that fixed!

As I'm a guest (like you!) I don't have access to the specific details of your trip, so I'm going to walk you through how to make your theme park reservations below. However, if it's easier for you, or if you still run into issues, you'll definitely want to reach out to a Cast Member at the Tickets line to get more information and support. However, I'm hoping we can figure this out together!

First things first, have you already purchased theme park tickets? If not, I would recommend starting there! When you purchase theme park tickets through Disneyland.com, they also have a tool to make your theme park reservation as part of the purchase process.

However, if you already have your tickets, your next step will be to visit the park reservations page and make sure you're logged into your Disney.com account. On this page, you'll scroll down and select the blue button that says "Make Park Reservations." Then select "Book Theme Park Reservation." From here, if your tickets are already linked to your Disney account, you should be able to select them and continue on to making your theme park reservations. If you do not see them, you'll want to select "Link a ticket or Magic Key pass" instead and enter your ticket info. After they're linked, you can select them and continue on to making those reservations!

Again, if you're still running into issues, then I would suggest calling the Tickets line to discuss the specifics of your situation with a Cast Member. They're so helpful at getting the tough situations sorted out! However, I hope this clears it up and that you're now one step closer to your wonderful Disneyland Resort vacation.

Speaking of which, you'll be visiting in the midst of the Disney100 celebration, and there are so many fun things to do, see, and eat! I'd recommend checking out Mickey's Toontown, which recently re-opened, watching Wondrous Journeys one of the nights of your visit, and trying at least one delicious item from the Disney100 celebration Foodie Guide on the Disney Parks Blog. You are going to have such a great time!

Thank you so much for your question, Brandi! I hope you have a fantastic trip, and please feel free to come back and see us here at planDisney with any follow-up planning questions you might have.

    Have a Magical Day,
    Greg
