It sounds like you've already purchased your
theme park tickets but are trying to make sure you have your
theme park reservations for each day of your visit - smart planning!
Typically the message you're receiving means that you've already made the initial theme park reservations for your visit. If you purchased your tickets through the Disneyland Resort website then you were likely given the option to make your theme park reservations during the purchase process.
My first suggestion would be to check the "Future Plans" section of the
Disneyland mobile app. If that doesn't work then I'd recommend visiting the
My Plans hub on the Disneyland Resort website. This is my favorite way to make all the reservations I need for upcoming trips. If you're having trouble linking your theme park tickets through the mobile app to make those reservations, then I would try to make them here instead!
If they were already made, you would see them in the bottom half of the page for each day of your visit - and you should be able to change them here as well if you want to try and change your daily selections.
It can certainly be frustrating when running into tech issues while planning your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth, so in case none of my suggestions help resolve your issue then I would recommend
calling a Cast Member at the Tickets line for more help. They can more directly help you with the specific details of your trip.
